Music are not something strange or something to hear by the people but it is can found anywhere in around the world. Everyone love to hear music with different type of music genre such as pop, rap, jazz and etc. Now most people in the world like to hear the K-Pop or J-Pop music from the East Asian country. If you like music, you know it can make important different in how you are feeling. But we might be surprised to learn about the different music can make for the people who are stress, depression, or who are anxious because they are sick. For those kind of people, music can be their one of method to recovery them. Did anyone know about the music therapy? The music therapy is often used to improve or repair mental and emotional health, it might help improve the quality life of the person.

The benefits of the music therapy is music therapy may help some patient who is fighting depression, according to a report published in 2008.The participants receiving music therapy were more likely to see a decrease in depression symptoms compared to those who did not receive music therapy. According to the report, patients appeared to experience the great benefits when therapists used theory based on the music therapy techniques, such as painting to music, improvised singing and create new music lyrics. The patients will imagine or rewind their sweet memory with family or the event, so it might create the smile on the patient’s face.

Next, the therapy may help ease stress in pregnancy, according to a 2008 study of 236 healthy pregnant women. Then it might can be more relax to the pregnant women due to the beautiful art of the music.  Compared to a control group, the 116 study participants who received music therapy showed significantly greater reductions in stress, anxiety, and depression. The music therapy involved listening to a half -hour of soothing music twice daily for two weeks. In a research report published in 2009, investigators found that listening to music may also benefit patients who experience severe stress and anxiety because of having coronary heart disease. The report included two studies on patients treated by trained music therapists. Results showed that listening to music had a beneficial effect on blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and pain in people with coronary heart disease because they feel freedom and like release all the problem that they had against all the day in their entire life.

Moreover, therapy may help improve communication skills in children with autistic spectrum disorder, according to a review published in 2006. However, the review's authors note that the included studies were of "limited applicability to clinical practice" and that "more research is needed to examine whether the effects of music therapy are enduring." Today children like communicate with each other with starting or ask the song that they like to hear. For the autism’s patient more improve their memorising about words or talk by listing the music because if they heard the music, they may feel happy.  Research suggests that music therapy may offer a number of benefits for people coping with cancer. For instance, the therapy has been shown to reduce anxiety in patients receiving radiation therapy, and it has helped ease nausea and vomiting resulting from high-dose chemotherapy To calm down the patients not by strong medicine right now but can use the music may help them to calm down.

In conclusion, the music have a lot of benefits to people nowadays which how they conduct or the music for the right a way.
